Iain had just repaired my window cranks and informed me of the other services he provides. I asked him to have a look at my dryer vent as it was just a flexible pipe that was not connected. We made an appointment for the next day at 9am. Iain showed up promptly at 9 and replaced the old pipe with the proper parts. It took him less that an hour and looked amazing. I am truly impressed with the way he works and he does not charge a ridiculous price. Will definitely use him if needed in the future. I will recommend him to all my friends.

Iain and Jo are great. Iain came to my condo and explained everything he was doing so I could understand it and showed me how to maintain the windows and window track.

We contacted Iain for the first time to replace the rollers in our two sliding patio doors. When Iain arrived he indicated that the one door just needed adjusting and probably would only improve marginally if he replaced the rollers so why waste our money. He replaced the rollers in the second door and made other adjustments resulting in a much improved functioning of the sliding door. Iain was on time for the appointment, efficient and a pleasure to meet. We have added Iain’s name to our preferred contact list for any door, window cranks or screens that we need repaired or replaced in the future.

Iain was prompt – called me to let me know he would be here in 28 minutes. This is his second visit to my home. He has repaired screens in the past and cleaned my dryer vent twice. He is personable and I will highly recommend him. His pricing is more than fair! Thank you Iain!
